Ancestral Healing Cacao/Breathwork Gratefulness Ceremony

• Awakening Breath is pleased to provide you with the opportunity to work with Abuela Cacao in a traditional way to help you awaken the possibility of listening to the voice of your soul. 
• Supported with the Sacred Cacao Plant, we will walk hand in hand, to receive that loving message or vision that grandmother Cacao brings to us. It may help us find our “magical self” (who we really are), allow us to separate from our “historical self” or the story we have created about ourselves. With gratitude we will walk with grandmother Cacao.
• Ancestral Healing is based on the family constellation work. It will help you to change those patterns that aren’t longer serving you healing your lineages and transforming their course towards your descendants.
• Breathwork will bring awareness to this transformation and the Sacred medicine of Cacao will sustain and support your process with its sweet and affective energy.
• This sacred encounter may reveal the mysteries from our soul and help us walk with integrity in our truth, our wisdom and the feeling of being completed or heading towards the right direction. 
• We are going to enjoy a traditional and respectful way of serving Cacao alongside with a powerful and ancestral session of healing Breathwork. 
• These three healing modalities together will bring a powerful healing with the awareness of those negative patterns that continues to be passed down from past generation in your lineage. The power of realizing them will help you to transform it and thus be able to honor your ancestors and take only their strength for your life journey.

What to bring:

• We invite you to practice reciprocity in your relationship with the Spirit of Cacao by bringing offerings like corn, tobacco (organic please), songs that speak to the cacao or the elements that sustain it, little crystals, or whatever else your heart guides you to bring, that is natural. Please know that we are going to leave those items in the earth and/or offer it to the fire during or after the ceremony.
• Bring a dozen of your favorite kind and color of flowers for the offering.
• Bring some grains or beans of different colors for the offering.
• Bring your favorite mug to drink the Cacao (chocolate) that will be offered as part of the ceremony. 
• Bring a tea candle. 
• If you happen to have a jaguar (crystal or other natural material) bring it with you for the altar (you will take it back home with you). 
• Yoga mat and light blanket.
• Your filled water bottle. Please bring one that is easy to drink from, you may want to drink from it during the Breathwork sessions.
• Bring your journal to write on as thoughts come to you. 
• Please wear confortable clothes. Self-identified women are encouraged to wear a long skirt. 

** For the best possible experience, we recommend eating healthy/nourishing food and drinking plenty of water the day before and the day of the event. **

Breathwork  Alongside the Cacao Ceremony 

• Breathwork is a powerful, natural method of healing and transformation. It supports the opening of our hearts, granting access to places within that we normally resist, as well as our inner shining light. It helps us free ourselves from patterns, believes, traumas and wounds still open in us. It helps us clearly understand the message and gifts that grandma Cacao is bringing to us. And we will support this work with the medicine of cacao which can be a very powerful and revealing experience. Doing this practice in a sacred (clean energy) space and guided by a great spirit opens the door to a multidimensional experience. 
• I invite you to come to this ceremony with an open heart and curiosity. With an attitude of respect towards our Sacred Grandmother Cacao and the way in which we work this journey. Come to enjoy the reflection that is knowing ourselves, and receiving the gifts of the Sacred plant and Breathwork.
