INTEGRITY AND INTIMACY, Sacred Sexuality teachings

November 9 @ 10:00 am - 7:30 pm EST

For generations, women and man have been abused in many ways, sexuality being one of them.
Many times the abuser is within the same family and is aware of what he/she is doing.  Other times this person doesn’t even think that what they are doing is abuse.  In many cases it is our own partners (husbands, wives, boyfriends, couples) who, without even listening, access sexuality in a purely carnal but heartless way.
There are also many cases in which we ourselves say Yes, even knowing that our body is closed and is showing us a clear No.
Social conditioning generates sexist thoughts in us, which constantly pressure us.  And I would dare to say that almost all of us have gone through situations in which we continue to be creators of this dominant patriarchy.
By this I am not attacking the man or meaning that it is his entire responsibility.  We always have a part of the responsibility for what happens in a relationship between two people.  “It takes two to dance a tango”
We women have the power to heal and transform the wounded man, the man who learned sexuality on the street, with pornography, with the weight of social machismo that has existed for centuries.  And with that sense of possession and violence that is shown in pornography.
The issue of sexuality is a generational issue that unfortunately continues to be passed from generation to generation with all the burden of abuse and violence that it has represented many times.
Sacred Sexuality is the Sexuality of the heart and Intimacy. It requires a great sense of integrity with ourselves and with others. It has the power in itself to heal this burden of violence that has been carried over for centuries.
What is Integrity for you?
What is intimacy for you?
Enjoying long periods of intimacy in integrity with yourself or your partner is a gift that we all can access. In that intimacy, without hidden agendas or social conditions; we can play, laugh, appreciate the senses and have fun. While at the same time we are creating connection and depth on our relationship, giving it a different meaning. Also healing generations of this possessive and sexist sexuality.
In the simplicity of intimacy is the greatest meaning of the relationship.
Whether with you or your partner, allowing yourself deep intimacy will bring countless gifts into your live. Intimacy involves trust, respect, candor, care, honestly, heart, love, vulnerability, acceptance, enjoyment, connection, joy, spirituality and fullness.
It is time to conquer your intimacy and illuminate your eroticism, enjoy them and take responsibility for your own sexuality.
A good Sacred and Spiritual Sexuality begins with a strong Self-intimacy and Intimacy in the relationship.
