In Sacred Ecstatic Dance & Breathwork we create a Space for us to live a powerful experience of profound connection with our inner selves through music and the practice of breathwork. We will be in trance with the sound of live drums and percussion as we experience an ecstasy of transformation to understand the unity that we have in connection with everything.
